Metsäkartano welcomes 120 British students

– A winter adventure awaits!

 

Metsäkartano will host a youth group of 120 from Kent, UK, next week

Organized by True Adventure travel agency, the trip brings 13–16-year-old boys from Gravesend School to enjoy winter outdoor activities. The group, which includes students, teachers, and leaders, will take part in a winter adventure camp from February 16 to 22, 2025.

The trails into Tiilikkajärvi National Park start right from the grounds of Metsäkartano Youth Center, and the activities at the tip of the peninsula provide an excellent setting for the group's winter adventures.

The authentic Finnish nature experiences and traditions for British youth include snow art, wilderness skills, skiing, snowshoeing, storytelling in peat huts, and playful fun olympics.
