Come and join a Traditional Finnish Christmas holiday in the deep shades of the forest in Metsäkartano Youth and Nature Centre, where the air is as clean as it can get and where you really can hear the sound of silence.
Metsäkartano is a snow-proof place during the Christmas time.
Christmas program is suitable for the whole family and it includes Finnish Christmas traditions, e.g. proclaiming peace of Christmas to the forest animals, decorating of the Christmas tree, Santa Claus’s visit, horse-sledge ride and a lot of winter fun.
Go on a relaxing nature expedition snowshoeing or hiking on snowy forest trails and have a rest by a campfire after a relaxing sauna bath.
Feel the life rushing in your veins after dipping in a frozen lake.

Christmas package includes: Accommodation in the wilderness hotel (in a twin room with toilet and shower in the room), bed linen, use of sauna, half board (breakfast and dinner daily; 23.12. special dinner, 24.12. traditional Finnish Christmas buffet, 25.12. special dinner), welcoming reception with a warm drink 23.12., traditional rice porridge lunch 24.12., daily Christmas program as described above; kick-sleds, snow-shoes and cross-country skiing equipment available free of charge.
