Terms and conditions for individual guests
Arrival
Please inform Metsäkartano's reception about your expected time of arrival.
Late arrival: agree on arrival proceedures separately beforehand.

Cancellation
1-2 night reservations: Cancellation without a fee up to 48 hours before arrival.
Cancellation 24-48 hours before arrival without a rescheduled reservation incurs a 50,00 EUR fee.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival without a rescheduled reservation will be charged the full price.
More than 2 nights reservations: Cancellation without a fee up to 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation 24 hours - 14 days before arrival without a rescheduled reservation will be charged 50% of the full price.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival without a rescheduled reservation will be charged the full price.
Staying at Metsäkartano
Check-in time: 16.00 (unless agreed separately beforehand with Metsäkartano).
Check-out time: 12.00 (unless agreed separately beforehand with Metsäkartano).
Bedlinens must always be used. Bedlinens and towels can be rented from Metsäkartano (15,00 EUR per set).
Guests are responsible for ensuring the accommodations are kept clean and in good condition during their stay.
If the accommodations are particularly messy and extra cleaning is required, the guests are charged an additional fee.
An additional fee is also charged if there is damage inside or outside the accommodations.
Ensure smoking only at designated locations and proper disposal of cigarette butts.
Dining and entertainment
Breakfast time: 8-10.
Lunch time: 11-14.
Dinner time: 16-18.
All meals are served at the restaurant's buffet.
Metsäkartano's restaurant is certified to serve alcoholic beverages.
Events for large groups are welcome.
